I get on a roll, really motivated then the knees start becoming a problem. At my last restart, I did a few 5ks and one 10k. At the 10k I was the last one in but it was such a proud moment for me; I felt invincible. I want that feeling back. Kathi Posted October 5, 2015 Report Share Posted October 5, 2015 Hi. I'm 56 and did Day 1 today. Have run many half marathons, etc but not for about 5 years.
