The first week was a challenge and now I just complete W7D1- 25minutes run no walking and I just love the feeling of accomplishing that goal! 4more runs before I complete the 5K run! BMac05 Posted September 7, 2015 Report Share Posted September 7, 2015 Great job! I finished week 8 the other day with some great support / ideas from here. My 5k is a couple weeks out. I'm going to go back to week 7 this week to give my body a slight rest and do week 8 again next week. Maybe up my pace a bit so I'm closer to an actual 5k in distance. Btw, I'm not training for a race but trying this out was a way to prove to my inner self that I can stay focus and committed! So far so good!
