coliegrl30 Posted August 11, 2015 Report Share Posted August 11, 2015 so I finished week 3 the beginning of last week and intending to move on life happened and I ended up taking off more days than I wanted...but I'm back at it again even though I decided to repeat week 3 because of the extended time off...Also I've modified the program in that I do it on the recumbent bike at the gym as running bothers my knees...is this ok?
