blackstar19175
Hi, I'm Rachel, currently in northern California. I've never been a jogger in my life. I was training for my black belt in tkd, and last year I suffered a knee injury while stretching in the splits, my knee dislocated and I spent the rest of last year waiting for it to heal. Then I found out this year I have facets disease in my neck and now I can't go back to tkd. I'm at my heaviest weight 175 and I'm at a loss in what to do with exercise. So, I'm going to try jogging. Lol wish me luck.
Timb113
You will quickly find out that pushing yourself to do more, and go farther, is addictive. Just get a few weeks in and you'll continue to want to do more! Good luck. jvincent78
jvincent78
I agree with Timb113...it becomes very addicting! Keep at it, just make sure you don't try to do too much too soon. The program is designed to advance slowly so you lower the risk of injuring yourself.
