Can't believe it!! Week3 day2

I did it! I did it! After years of sitting on my backside, being at least 80lbs overweight and setting a v poor example for my 10 yo son. I decided to give c25k a go. I had never run since I was 15, some 30 years ago, I was so scared I would have a heartattack i took my son with me just in case, w1d1 was horrendous but I kept at it. I never really felt I was getting anywhere until today. I just completed w3d2 without stopping once, and jogged all sections I was supposed too. And.....bonus....I've lost 15lbs. I'm so excited thank you this app is amazing!!
