No break!!!! What's wrong

This is tough. Running is very hard on your body but if you feel like you can do it that much please do. Be careful though, you body can get used to it and plateau. Running is great but strength training and cardio is awesome for burning fat and building muscle, I found that running three days a week and doing strength training in between has helped me lost more weight and build more muscle.
