Week 2 day 1 my motivation thread!

Awesome work completing Week 2! It helps me each time I do a longer interval to slow my pace right down the first time I do it, that way I'm pretty sure that I'll complete it. Once I've finished the first longer run I can gauge how much more I can push my pace for the next one (if I can push my pace, sometimes its a slow jog again lol).
