Denijo72
Last night I ran on the treadmill.... It was super rainy and muddy here, and when it says run 1 mile or 10 minutes after 10 minutes i'm not at a mile. I was only at 0.75 for my distance. Ok so my question is is that normal to not be able to do a 10 minute mile , week 6 day 2.
Guest TrishE
Yes it is When I finished the program I was at a 10:45 mile but kept at it. I just now, over a year later hit a 9:30. like anything running takes a lot of practice. Keep at it and work on your speed as you build your endurance. good luck
Run4Life
Don't worry about being slow I'm slow too. I'm sure we'll start running a bit faster as time goes by and our bodies get used to the stress. TrishE did it. We can too
KellyAnn
We are all made different and do not worry about being slow. I am really short and i used to run at a 9 minute mile, now as i am older i do a 12 minute mile. It makes me think back to those faster times but i don't stress. Im older and slower. Lol. But I am moving and thats what matters. Nnngood for you TrishE. Im impressed. Great time!!
