Congrats Keripoppins!! Thats awesome. You wont be fat haha you will be pregnant, very different.

As for continuing, talk to your doctor. Pregnancy is a huge deal and you dont want to take unnecessary risks and your doctor will know whats best for you. When it comes to anything about the baby that has you concern always trust your doc over anyone else. Youll be seeing him or her a lot over the next nine months haha you will have lots of chances to talk and ask questions

Congratulations! I agree with the others... check with your doc. When I had my babies, my doctor was an ultra runner. His advice stuck with me, and I've heard it since.... that you can certainly keep doing what you were already doing, but don't start anything new. You, however, are different because it sounds like you started and conceived around the same time! :)

Don't worry about the weight, either! Just keep us posted and we'll keep you motivated! Best wishes to ya!

Hey guys thanks for all your advice. I'm getting way too paranoid about running though as it suffered a previous miscarriage and I'm so scared of doing anything that may not be 110% safe and I find myself avoiding going. Also I haven't even seen the doctor yet as the system for pregnancy where I live is ridiculous. Almost 3 weeks after finding out I'm still told to just wait a few more weeks for a midwife to contact me :( so I guess this is the end of running for me for now :(

Aw thats alright! The great thing about living a healthy lifestyle is you dont have to run to keep it going. There are great benefits to walking as well! Just stay as active as you feel comfortable and keeping eating healthy and you can hop back in when youre ready :)
