teufelhunden Posted March 30, 2015 Report Share Posted March 30, 2015 My boys have kept me from going full potato over the past years since i got out and I'm new to running for sport and not forced running. I haven't fully tested my endurance yet but I am very confident I could handle skipping a few weeks. The question is, is it wise to skip or just trust the program and start from day one?
