Im thinking of downloading C25K pro to sync but is it worth it? I dont want to wipe out my history (and pay for an app) for nothing. Thanks! KellyAnn Posted March 20, 2015 Report Share Posted March 20, 2015 Hi Lily. I love the way it synced to MFP but I do think you lose your progress. I'm not sure though.
