Welcome Mel! 

Burning legs is good it means your body is working the way it should. Running works your body in crazy ways so your sore muscles are a good sign :) Dont be nervous about not being successful, this is all about you and your journey. The only thing you need to do is try, your body and the program will do the rest.

Hello Ella,

Have you tried c25k app yet? Its a great program to help you go from no running to running thirty minutes without stopping. It an eight week program and if you stick with it, it will certainly help you get fit :)
