Running works your body in crazy ways so your sore muscles are a good sign Dont be nervous about not being successful, this is all about you and your journey. The only thing you need to do is try, your body and the program will do the rest. Good luck! I hope you keep us posted on your progress. Its a great program to help you go from no running to running thirty minutes without stopping. There are also apps ZenLabs has that are for legs, abs, push-ups, etc. everyone helps here and you won't be alone. Start tomorrow with Day 1, Week 1! You can do it. Proud of you.
