crystalM Posted February 24, 2015 Report Share Posted February 24, 2015 I used to be 250 lbs and got down to 170. I worked at subway and ate there 2 x's a day and walked everynight. I have since got a desk job and 40 pounds back. I swore I would never get there again, so this will be my step back in the right direction. I used to be such a crazy exercise fitness instructor, couldn't keep weight on me. Now As I've gotten older , my motivation isn't what it used to be. Isn't that hard? But you can do it. crystalM Posted February 24, 2015 Author Report Share Posted February 24, 2015 Thank you for your friendly support. I think I might have my daughter do it with me after she gets out of school. She is only 9 do you think its a good idea? I would only want her to do it if she is enjoying it, nothing that I would make her do. Another question, should I have started today? I find that they are remarkably sturdy so if your daughter is willing and able why not? I know its quite common to space the run days to monday wednesday and friday. I had an English friend in Holland who always took her kids with her, they loved it. Just make sure she warms up right and you both stretch afterwards. I'm so happy for you. And jealous. Enjoy!!
