Welcome here. I hear you there. I used to be such a crazy exercise fitness instructor, couldn't keep weight on me. Now As I've gotten older , my motivation isn't what it used to be. Isn't that hard? But you can do it. These Apps are the best. Plus we are all here to cheer you on. You can do it. Keep us posted here. Good luck to you. Woot woot.

Welcome crystal! 

Dont worry too much about the weight. Our bodies fluctuates with changes in our lives. Just work your way back to healthy that is what is important.

Thank you for your friendly support. I think I might have my daughter do it with me after she gets out of school. She is only 9 do you think its a good idea? I would only want her to do it if she is enjoying it, nothing that I would make her do. Another question, should I have started today? I want to make sure I set a schedule so I stick to it I was thinking monday , wednesday's and friday. Any advice is welcomed

There are quite a few parents that are doing this with their kiddos. I find that they are remarkably sturdy so if your daughter is willing and able why not? 

I know its quite common to space the run days to monday wednesday and friday. Do whatever works for you and your schedule.
