I have realized that my food choices need to change as well. Can anyone suggest how to put a stop to my sweet, salty and high carb cravings? I crave cookies like crazy all the time haha I have made it to four week program for running and strength training and I plan on going cold turkey. More veggies more lean protein and NO PROCESSED FOODs...yikes I wish you the best of luck. I know a lot of people stand by the Paleo life style. It may be a good thing to work up to. Gimme those gummy worms, sour ones included etc. my dad used to tel me I would turn into a potato chip when I was younger because I ate so many. Good luck to you as well!
