KyCon98
From my personal experience (which isn't too extensive), it's better to ease into running than to over train. You have a way lower chance of hurting yourself too
KellyAnn
Hey there Milbags, I love to go for 3-4 days a week. Crosstrain the other days. Walk, hike, bike, swim, weight training. Whatever else you love to do. I love using everyday things to workout instead of working out. Keep me posted. You are doing great.
BrookeTomten
Is it best to alternate days of running rather than running all 3 days in a row?
KellyAnn
Hi there Brooke. All up to you. I like to alternate my days for running. Usually I go Tuesday, Thursday , Saturday. Then I crosstrain the other days. I DO love to run 4 days myself. Other days, I bike, hike, lift weights, Etc.... Depending on how I feel. Good luck to you.
