TheNewMe Posted February 14, 2015 Report Share Posted February 14, 2015 HI all, my name is Andy. I just turned 34 and I'm in the worst shape of my life. I've had enough. I've tried eating healthier several times and failed. This time I'm serious and incorporating exercise into the equation (common sense, I know). I've been walking for a couple weeks now and feel great. I just found this program and I'm desperate to finish it. I'm going to have bad days, I know it. I'm hoping that actually posting on here will help give me some accountability and get me back on the wagon when I fall off. Let's make it happen!
