Hi everybody, I'm a little late in introducing myself, as I just completed Wk3D3 today, but better late than never! I'm a 31 yr old stay-at-home mom to four kids. They are my inspiration to get fit! I've been hovering in the 190s for 8yrs now, in that time I've had all my kids... I'm so done with the way my body looks, especially after what 4 pregnancies have done to it. My husband and I started taekwondo a year and a half ago. I'd like to say that I'm more fit because of it, but I haven't lost any weight. Now I'm trying to add the running in on my off days from karate, and also to start a good healthy diet (hi, name is mea and I'm addicted to sugar). My goal is to be able to run the annual autism awareness 5k at the beginning of April, in support of my son.

Hi Mea, welcome here. Sounds like your family is doing awesome in TaeKowon do. That's a great workout. You said you ah e gotten fitter which is great and haven't lost any weight. Changing your diet and doing this app will be great for that. But you make those changes when you are ready.

 

I am so excited for your progress here. This is great community and everyone helps each other. You have plenty of time before your 5k and it will npbe here before you know it. Keep us posted here. Good luck to you.
