Exactly, way to go on pushing yourself! Trust me you will know if youve pushed too much and if that happens rest rest rest. Theres nothing wrong with actually resting on a rest day haha in fact its one of the big rules to working out. You really need to take one day to rest your body or else it wont perform like it should.

Good luck and again way to push yourself that extra half hour!
