You do what makes you feel good and listen to your body, rest when needed and work hard on the other days. You are doing great. Keep it up and keep us posted. Good luck to you. Guest TrishE Posted January 30, 2015 Report Share Posted January 30, 2015 Exactly, way to go on pushing yourself! Trust me you will know if youve pushed too much and if that happens rest rest rest. Theres nothing wrong with actually resting on a rest day haha in fact its one of the big rules to working out. You really need to take one day to rest your body or else it wont perform like it should. Good luck and again way to push yourself that extra half hour!
