KellyAnn Posted January 28, 2015 Report Share Posted January 28, 2015 Definitely strength training. Body shape. Total body shaping. Hike, bike, swim, I will have one down day a week. A small workout int he am and then I make sure I rest my body. You really want to surprise your body all the time and not get complacent and it gets used to the same thing. Then we plateau.
