Calories burned??

Welcome on here, our forums are the best for motivation and support.


When you go into MyFitness Pal, go to your diary, you can sync the c25k app to it or manually enter your workout there.  Go to Diary, click on the plus sign, go down to cardiovascular,  and you can enter your running info there!
