No, they get fat from cheeseburgers, fries, etc. Of course, fruit does have some carbs though, so if you are watching carbs then I would limit some. I therefore, do not eat a lot of bananas, grapes, carrots, and watermelon. Only those in moderation. Fruit is healthy healthy. I have a thin friend and she eats fruit nonstop. soooo, that will tell you something. I tend to eat green apples, strawberries, berries, blueberries all the time. Hope this helps you. If you are actively trying to lose weight, you may want to keep it light especially bananas however it's rather unlikely yopu will gain weight from it. I eat 1-2 apples a day.
