Danko
I installed paid version of 13.1 Half Marathon Trainer and I have finished my first day, but I can't find the data about distance, burned calories etc. Please help me where to find it? Thank you!

Thank you! In C25k, if you press on a day you have already run, it should show you just above the day. It only keeps track of distance if you have the GPS turned on while you run. I am guessing that your app is similar.
Genn
How do you keep going? I started day 1, struggled but got through it. It was hard, a lot harder than I initially thought it would be. I don't see myself being able to do 5 mins of nonstop running by week 5. Crabapple
Crabapple
You might be surprised what you can accomplish. I was never able to get to 30 minutes of non-stop running. The most I ever got was about 7 or 8 minutes. Take as much time as you need. The c25k program is not actually realistic for most people. By the way, It's okay to walk as much as you need to during a 5k run.
