I settled on map my run. It tracks pretty accuratly.

I meant my diet as in what I ate. I'm not actively trying to lose weight. I'm trying to become more healthy. And as I do, the weight will go on its own.

Jogging for 90 seconds sounded terrifying, considering I've never ran before the first day of this app. But I did it! I did pause once on the 5th run. But other than that I am so prud of myself! Once my body gets used to this I'll start focusing more on my diet. And learning better eating habits!

I have s health, and downloaded the hydro coach. I weigh 315lbs, so half my body weight would be something like 150 some odd oz of water a day. The hydro coach says I should drink at least 110 oz. I usually drink about 60-70 oz of water a day, add in tea, and some days a soda or coffee.

Would anyone like to message each other and make sure we've ran for the week? (If that's allowed) thes

Anyone know of any free gps route trackers? Everyone of them I've looked at the rating is high but the comments are bad. (I've got a galaxy note 4, so use S health as well)

I've never ran. My motto was "i don't run unless there's a clown with a bloody knife chasing me". I'm 32, and 315lbs. I just completed day 2 at 100%. And barely got through day 1 3 days ago. Know your limits. And goodluck!

I ended up with 2 days between my 1st and 2nd day. The next day I could barely move my legs and tthe day after I couldn't drag myself out of bed. So I kept hydrating myself and today when I got up I was determined so off I went. The first day I only did 17 min of it and couldn't eun the full 60 seconds. Today I was able to run the full (well a slow jog but faster than my walking speed!) 60 seconds for all but the last 2.5 times it asked me to run. I did the full run and all! I am 315lbs so I am so proud of myself! I also didn't start sweating till I slowed down, then I was drenched! Sweating in places I didn't know possible! I also work tonight, almond i got in Over 4,000 steps! My program recommends 6000 to start! I also enjoyed it, and was able to get some good thinking time in.

Hi. I noticed no one responded. I completely understand. The only reason I'm not a total rooted couch potatoe is because of work. But I too battle depression. Feel free to message me if you need to talk!

Hi! I'm a complete newbie at exercising and general exercise. I too am overweight. I also have bad knees. While a Dr is optimal, some of us simply can't afford it. So my personal way I am entering into this is to go gently and be easy on muself. If my knees start to hurt, slow down, stretch out, and rest them. You can also put an ice pack around them. It might help ease any soreness.

I'm 32, and overweight. I made some resolutions for new years. 1 was to quit smoking, I have been quit for 4 months today. I feel like my lungs have healed sufficiently To start a real exercise system. I wanted it to be something I enjoyed. I enjoy walking and would like to end up being able to run. Being able to run has always facinated me. So I got referee to this program from a Facebook page. so this is the start of my next goal, to become healthy. I'm knocking out most soda, I'm allowing myself two 12 Oz cups a day ( can be soda or my tea, but only 2). And to drink water the rest of the time. Which is difficult for me, as I absolutely hate drinking water. But I'm trying my best, and that is all I can do. my best will get better, but it is what it is for now.
