  1. It will get easier. Just keep at it and go as slow as you need to. I have recently finished the program and I am so slow I go nowhere near 5KM in 30 minutes. I am pretty sure a fast walker could pass me. The main thing is to keep moving. If you need to walk a bit more, don't feel bad about it. It is all better than sitting on the couch. Also, make sure you are stretching and drinking lots of water. I like to do my runs in the evening, and if I have not had enough water throughout the day or eaten poorly, I cannot run as long or efficiently. Be proud of yourself for getting out and moving your body 3 times a week. You can do it - you ARE doing it!
  2. I have now finished the C25K and am able to run for 30 minutes. I am very slow however, and only cover a smidge over 3k during that time. I would like to be able to actually run 5K. Not sure how to best work at it. Do I start on C210K, go back and repeat C25K or just keep plodding along on my own? Advice anyone?
  3. That's awesome that you are sticking with it!
  4. Good luck! I find the running helps with my anxiety a bit. Keep at it!
  5. Good luck! I am also trying to lose a bit of my wine belly
  6. Completed week 7 day 2 last night. Had not run for 5 days and thought it would be horrible, but it was my best run yet! Guess I needed the break.
  7. You totally can do it. I am midway through week 6 and loving it. Good luck!
  8. You run three times per week, with rest days in between to allow for recovery. I do a Mon/Wed/Fri/ schedule. Good luck!
  9. Hey everybody, Last night I was supposed to do week 5, day 1. However, at the end of my workout I realized I had actually done week 5, day 2. So, would it be best to go back and do day 1 next time, or should I just move on to day 3? And if I do day 1 next time, should I repeat day 2?
