I'm on week 1 day 2. This is my second time doing week 1, yet it doesn't feel like it's getting any easier. I know I'm out of shape, but shouldn't it feel even a little easier the second time around? I feel like I'm never gonna make it to week 2. I can barely run during the run session, I literally just do a "bouncy" walk at a slightly faster pace than my walk, and yet I can hardly finish the entire minute. I'm very sore so I know I'm pushing myself, but how long till it gets a little easier?? I am only working out 3 days per week. I am too sore on the off days. Any encouragement would be appreciated.
