Week 1 completed.
I haven't done fitness for a while... 8 years to be precise.... I'm now 31 and want to Keep fit. I started c25k this Tuesday and finished my day 3 at 8:45 am today. I've been threating to get fit for 2 years... I finally plucked up the courage and went for it......and by God I have realised how much I loved/love it and miss it.
I've even taken up zuba every Tuesday night (the fairy elephant that I am), which I intertwine with c25k. Jog there on the app then jog back just with music. Yes my legs feel like they are going to fall off but I funnily like the feeling. Now its rest days.... But I feel like I won't be able to wait till next Tuesday.
