  1. How do you mean? It will mark the workout as complete upon completion (or if you double-tap it) and when you come back it'll be ready to start you on the next day.
  2. Yessss! I'm also on week two! You can do it!
  3. I was the same! (And still am, honestly. I'm not sure drinking two beers and eating two slices of cheesecake before a run was in the training... But oh well!) Don't psyche yourself out! I was super nervous to start and convinced myself it was too much before I even started - but after the first day I felt amazing! Don't try to push yourself too hard and don't think that running equals full-out sprinting. I think of it as conversational jogging. If I'm running so fast I can't catch a breath to talk, then I slow down to being at a comfortable pace.
  4. I know what you mean!! I went from laying on the couch playing video games with 10lbs of junk food next to me... And I started week 2 yesterday! You can do it!
  5. I start day 2 tonight! We can do this!
  6. I've never run before and I just finished Week 1 Day 1! I am sore, but I feel amazing. I have never felt more positive that I could accomplish something like this than I do now! This app is so great and I seriously love it. I am so excited for the coming days. I am ninja running at night so my family stays out of it. Tips on how to cool down or running techniques?
  7. I'll amaze them when I all of a sudden can run a 5k.
  8. I have never ever run in my life. I don't even exercise. I have a big family and many of them are runners (4 of them are running the Caldera Triple right now). My family makes fun of me for eating junk food and not exercising all the time and I'm so sick of it. I plan to run at night because I don't want them making fun of me if they find out I'm trying. So, as I run in secret, I hope this app and this community helps!
