  1. Those silly pedometers start a lot of stuff. Lol
  2. W1D2 completed today. I felt sluggish getting out but kept on going. Ended up going further today than my previous outing.
  3. Completed W1D2. Felt good after so I kept going. Finally had enough at 3.27.
  4. W1D1 completed tonight. I thought it went pretty so I continued and completed 3.13. The run walk method worked out well. I am not sure if the app keeps track of how far you go so I used the map my run app at the same time.
  5. I have been using the mapmyrun app for stats. It will also give you routes in the area.
