  1. I'm on week 13 of 10k trainer, so next week I will have finished! I have entered a 10k for the beginning of September, so I guess my question is, what do I do in the intervening period? Do I really have to run 10k three times a week? That seems like a lot of running and I don't want to wear myself out before the race?
