  1. I agree. Better to do something rather than skip it altogether. I am on week 4 day 3. I am sure I will repeat this week; but it is okay. I'm still pursuing my goal. :-) You keep moving forwatd! We will succeed.
  2. On the second round myself. Week 3 Day 3 today. I will try 4/1 on Wednesday. Don't give up. I think if I can do this (very slowly LOL) everyone can. Keep moving forward. I will check on your progress later.
  3. Hello this is Gigi here in Georgia. I just finished week 3. I am very excited. I am determined to finish the program and run my first 5k this year. I am 43 and overweight but this is giving me energy and focus. Need an accountability partner.
