    My doctor has recommended strengthening my knee and I have exercises for it. I will just keep going with he 20 I guess and maybe soon I'll be able to finish it. I just shouldn't count or that will get me down!

    Help! I'm stuck on this day. I can get through the 8s barely but I cannot physically finish the 20. I have a knee injury and after 10-12 minutes my knee says I'm done. Should I just keep doing the 8s or should I keep trying to do the 20? I've done it about six times and I'm getting very discouraged.
