    Hello! I'm also looking for some motivation. I'm currently in on week 2 - day 2 tomorrow!! Hoping to hit the treadmill during nap time as it's super cold where I live.

    Thank you so much! I will give that a try. I'm hoping to run some sort of marathon in August. I'm gonna own this year!! 2016 look out!! :-)

    Hi everyone!! Happy New Year!! I began my new year resolution today. Couch to 5K. Whoohooo. I completed the first day but now I'm wondering Do I run daily? Or do I take a day of rest in between? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. :-)
