  1. Had a knee issue had exrays as a percation and spent 3 weeks not running nervous but started up again scared I had lost all progress and I would wake up with a limp today and still not know what was wrong we'll I did start back with week 6 instead of 8 but couldn't believ I breezed through and knee felt great during and woke up with not an ounce of issue im so happy, now to keep my self in check to keep from geting an overuse injury agian!!! Very hard I love running

Last week I made it through the 20 minute the second try actually pretty easy this week has been hard w6d1 was just ok not great today I had to walk way way longer to get through the second 10 minutes should I repeat? THis is probly my preference, but is it in a training aspect not creating the desired effect also as the days get tougher I went to every other day I had been able to do consecutive days often and take my rest days when I wanted so does it sound like I should repeat a week? Thanks

I easily breezed right through w5d2 I was so thrilled I tried d3 the next day it was a stupid move sometimes I do days consecutive but shouldn't have thought I could do the 20 min I mad it to 8mins and had an overwhelming feeling of failure I'm scared to try again taking today as a rest day and will try again tomarrow so happy to hear all you that have made it

So i just finished w2d3 and I have been working out 5-6 days a week I so when I started it was hard I can't believe in just 2 weeks how good I feel and the progress but I laugh at my self because I look at the jogging lengths coming up and off the books so to speak I push my self to jog a minute longer then I'll have to the next week, then to get through it I just keep repeating I have jogged longer then this this is easy lol I don't know why it helps but it does
