  1. I suggest lots of stretching. At least 2 rest days a week would be good. But don't give up! Don't just sit and relax during your rest days either. Stretch it out (look up routines or something, don't just do it or a minute or two.) It's important and will do your body good. If your doing a different trail each time, try o be more consistent for at least one week to get your body use to it. (Try to limit a lot of hills also). Good luck, you can do it!
  2. Don't push yourself too hard, especially if you're feeling injured! It might even be a good idea to take an extra day off and stretch and recover to really help your body out. Don't feel like a failure! You've created so far! If all else, take a break and give a little more time for your body to heal up. It's no fun trying to run while you hurt!
  3. Awesome job! I'm just starting and hope I get there! Good luck finishing
  4. Hahaha! Be sure to start slow, especially if you are just beginning after a while! Try not to overwork yourself the first time and you'll be more ready to continue many days after that!
  5. You can and will no doubt look and most importantly, feel better! I'm just starting too. I'll be 20 this fall, and hope to start a good running habit through this app! Best of luck to you!!
  6. Hi I'm Anna! I'm just starting too!
