So today I completed day 1 of week 1, well when I say completed I mean I had an asthma attack half way through and had to stop for a good 15 minutes before continuing, but hey I got back into it and "completed" day one.I have about 40kg of weight to shed and my long term goal is to run a marathon so fingers crossed that tomorrow I don't actually die lol
