    Ankle pain

I don't know that I would go back to day 1, but that would not hurt. With it being two weeks since the injury perhaps go back to week 3. That way you are still easing into it somewhat without going all the way to the beginning. Let your ankle tell you what to do. If you start out and all feels fine you are good to go. If your ankle starts hurting again then stop and let it heal some more.
  2. If you plan on running a race it helps to have run at least some outdoors. The treadmill will give as you strike, the roadway will not. This will be quite a shock to your joints on race day if you have not acclimated.
  3. Depends on your phone as well. With my iPhone the ring switch has to be in the up position, or in other words set to ring out loud. If your iPhone is set to silent or only vibrate it will not give you the voice alerts. Not sure on Android devices but this is the case across the board on Apple.
  4. Starting C25K again after battling injuries in my knees and back. Switched up my shoes and stride (now running as a minimalist) and so far that seems to work for me. No pain other than long underused muscles aching haha. Anyways, decided to become a part of the forum as I love the program and will be running a 5K on December 13 with the goal of running a half-marathon next summer/fall and a full the following spring. I am 31, have four kids, and am not too terribly out of shape bu want to get it under control before it becomes a problem Anyways, hello from SC!
  5. Definitely not the worst "I got a little drunk the other week and..." story A half-marathon was the first race I ever ran, woefully undertrained and not prepared but I survived. Good luck with your goal! I am starting all over again after injury and just finished my Day one week one!
