almost every time the running duration increased (3 mins to 5 mins to 8 mins now!) I would literally dread it. I unfortunately caught a cold between week 4 & 5 and didn't run at all for seven days. I thought there was no way I'd be able to do week 5 day 1 without repeating the previous day but it was really not that bad. so much of it is just mental and I think it's worth trying to advance rather than not continuing to push yourself! good luck with your race!
