Hey guys my name is Lynn I am 19 and 300lbs, I am new to this today was the 2nd day and my legs felt like lead! I was sure at some points I wasn't even jogging but I was a couple times I walked. I took two 10 minute breaks but I finished it. I ways wanted to run and finally decided to do it even if it is hard!
Hi there! I'm an on again off again exerciser who wants to stick with it this time and get in shape. Usually I start plans with gusto and then get lazy/burn out after a week or so. Hoping that this time with this plan to follow and a supportive community I can do it! Half marathon is a bucket list thing
I recommend only running it once per week. Drop down to 50% on Day one, 70% on day two, then 100% full 10K on day three. Repeat until 10k race.
Once you get done with the 10k, time to start training for that half marathon.
