    First day

    Went to my niece’s soccer tournament this weekend and was reminiscing of the days I did that. I got home from the weekend of soccer games and decided I wanted to start running again. I’ll get there.

  2. Running certainly helps with cardio and overall fitness. If you use workout equipment at the gym then you are probably working out a specific muscle or muscle group. You will build up the strength in that specific muscle group rather than just working on your legs when running. Running and the gym are both good workout options, but the one you choose should really just depend on your fitness goals.
