  1. Hi- i am a 48 year mom- to four teenagers. I have spent the last 30 years with Wendy’s as my favorite place to go for dinner. A friend signed me up for Stronger U in February after a 32 year old friend of ours had a stroke- i have lost 30 pounds and not had fast food in 21 weeks. I run a ski program at loon mountain and spend too much time indoors instead of on the hill a fellow coworker at loon encouraged me to do this with her!

  2. 14 months ago, I was a 47 year old man. 5’5”. 218 pounds. Today, now 48, I am 158 pounds. I track what u eat and have been going to the gym about 3-4 times per week; building stamina and strength. Mixing heavy cardio with strength training, I feel good about my progress and dedication to getting fit. Now it’s time for a real goal. — a 5K. It’s scheduled for mid-October. So my workouts now have a goal. And I have the tools to get there. Wish me luck!! Dan

    Hello Everyone

    Hey everyone! I'm new here and just wanted to say hi. I hope I can learn from everyone here and share some good tips as well as hopefully learn a lot from all of you. I need the motivation to keep going on my fitness journey. I think this might be the right place for it! Looking forward to meeting all of you.
