Yes!! I've already lost 30 pounds of primarily fat (no muscle) by increasing my good fats and decreasing my carbs! No counting or measuring etc just eating the right foods. When we eat a high good fat and low carb diet our bodies switch into its fat burning mode (process of Ketosis) and burn fats for energy rather than the carbs that we usually use for energy.
