    New Runner!

Hey everyone! I'm Stephanie. I'm 21 and just getting started on this journey. A few weeks ago I started running with my husband but we didn't have a set schedule or anything. Today, I completed Week 1 Day 1 in this program! I was able to complete it no problem but man, it kicked my butt! I'm at my heaviest weight right now, 170. I know it could be worse but I have gained around 30 lbs in the last few years and I'm ready to lose this weight. I also recently got the Nexplanon implant and according to my doctor there's a risk of weight gain, so I've decided to start working out regularly. I plan to run every other day, along with doing crunches and push-ups. My goal weight is around 130 by the end of the year. I would also like to be able to run a half marathon by then. Good luck everyone!
