    Week one.

    I know this might sound premature to some but man am I excited! I got through week one of eating better and doing this program. I have so much more energy already and a great sense of satisfaction. Praise the Lord! Can't wait to start week two!

  2. Hi im Lianna, im new here and new to running. Started C25K yesterday and done day 2 today. I am extremly proud of myself for doing these 2 days so i cant wait to see how i feel once ive completed the 8 weeks. Have a great day x
