  1. Hello all! I started running for three days before I found this app. The first day I ran I was so very tired!! The second day was so much easier! I jog rather than run. Anyway, I jog for two days then rest for one, but I have noticed that with this app we are supposed to run only three days a week.. Would you recommend just doing a couple of days over rather then going on to the next week early?

    Skip days?

    i noticed this is only 3 days each week. Do I skip a day between each workout? Three days in a row? Does it matter?
