    Hi. I've been following this program for 2 weeks now. I run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so I'm wanting to go again today. I found last Mondays one quite tough but it was easier on Friday. My question is would you recommend I repeat week 2 day 3 or move on to week 3 day 1.
