I downloaded this app today and will start week 1 day 1 tomorrow .. Recommended times a week to run as I'm going every day .. Thx .. They recommend that you train 3 days a week. I like to do 4 and then crosstrain on the other days. I lift weights, Bike, etc.... It is up to you, it is your body.
