starting my first run tomorrow :)

I have recently started running (interval) 3 minute run 2 minute walk .. I downloaded this app today and will start week 1 day 1 tomorrow .. Recommended times a week to run as I'm going every day .. Thx .. Stef

Hi There Stef,

 

Welcome here,  Yay for dowloading this app.  It is an incredible training tool .    They recommend that you train 3 days a week.  I like to do 4 and then crosstrain on the other days.  I lift weights, Bike, etc....

 

It is up to you, it is your body.   Just make sure you rest when you get tired..   Good luck and keep us posted on here.
