Guest NJ2FL2CA
The Whole30 is a 30-day reset/detox for your body before introducing a paleo lifestyle. If you are or even if you're not interested in paleo, you must check out the book, "It Starts With Food" by Melissa and Dallas Hartwig. The books helps explain why the Whole30 is all about cleansing your body, helping your body burn fat naturally and lowering inflammation. There's more to it than that of course. I finished my first Whole30 (but 2nd attempt) in February. I fell off track on my paleo lifestyle so I'm trying to get back on track by doing a Whole60!! Today is Day 2. Hit me up if you have questions about the Whole30 or if you have done it or are doing it now!
Guest Naomi
I've started a Whole30 several times but never got passed week 1 without falling off the wagon. What keeps you motivated and focused on staying on?
KellyAnn
I have heard of Whole30 but never looked into it. I'll definitely do that. I am a CaveGirl through and through. Paleo!! I love that lifestyle. Meats, fruits, veggies. Eating clean. I'm like Naomi though? Weekends come and we always blow it for sure. I'm getting back into being really healthy so that weekend stuff is going to stop. I'll check out the Whole30.
