I have trouble sleeping and am hoping if I tire out my body that I will sleep. I could stand to lose weight as I weigh in at over 200 .I am not in awful shape fitness wise as I am a fairly active person. I hate hate going to bed. Seriously. Its a waste of my time. lol... When hubby is gone, I am up till like 12, when he is home its asleep at 10. I am just to danged Hyper, lol. I've already lost about 3 pounds since I started I want to run a 10k that's in march but don't think I will be ready. I am just gonna train my but off and see what progress I can make. Baby steps!
