Just finished my first day and I must say I did just fine I. I have trouble sleeping and am hoping if I tire out my body that I will sleep. I could stand to lose weight as I weigh in at over 200 .I am not in awful shape fitness wise as I am a fairly active person. I am not a runner and decided I needed a goal and challenge to inspire me to get in better shape.Wish me luck!

COngratulations on your First day.  WootWoot.  Sorry, you have a hard time sleeping.  Insomnia?  I hate hate going to bed. Seriously.  Its  a waste of my time.  lol...  When hubby is gone, I am up till like 12, when he is home its asleep at 10.  I am just to danged Hyper, lol.

 

You will love these apps so much.  Happy training.

Yes I have insomnia but I also work nights and am a bit of a night owl! I've already lost about 3 pounds since I started I want to run a 10k that's in march but don't think I will be ready. I am just gonna train my but off and see what progress I can make. Baby steps! Thanks for the encouragement
