weight loss??

Hi There Laura,

 

Do you mean the app?  If you follow the training you should see weightloss.  Of course nutrition plays a huge role in how you lose also.   Eat Clean and you will do great.  I am a Paleo Gal and I am now doing Chris Powells Carb Cycling to see if I can budge weight off faster.  

 

I do weight training every other day when I am not running.   Lifting weights burns calories 24/7, so make sure you eat protein to fuel those muscles.
